Is there anyway to edit the message that is given to players who try to enter IndustrialCraft servers without the requirements?
This would be really useful for my server.

Nykotin if you really dont know how to modify modloadermp i strongly suggest you dont try it, things could end pretty badly.
If you still want to pursue such endevours you can look around the forum this link will lead to and find some basic tutorials on how modding modloader/modloadermp/minecraft itself.
