[SOLVED] tools, armors get discharged after server reboot or die

hi i'm running IC2+BC+RP2 server and it seems like items using electricity are unable to get saved after players die and server reboot.
also nano sabers keep turning on and off, if i right click it.
it seems like server can't save the item info or there's something wrong with item ids.

i did everything i could do but couldn't solve the problems.

Yes i use bukkit ported ic2 and my ic2 version is 1.71

SOLVED

download bukkit fix (ported by cpw11) and put org folder in the craftbukkit.jar
