[MC 1.2.3] Test Release v1.80

The first test build for MC 1.2.3, just a direct port without additional changes.
Forge is available from http://lexmanos.no-ip.org:8080/job/Forge/lastSuccessfulBuild/
You need SDK's MLMP, Flan's doesn't work.

This might corrupt your worlds, create a backup before.

The port is basically what we had for v1.72. Here's the v1.71 -> v1.80 changelog:

Code

- Added new sprites for the electric treetap and toolbox
- Added the ability for pipes/tubes to interact with reactor chambers
- Added injecting liquid using cells instead of buckets in BuildCraft tanks and machines
- Added localization for GUIs
- Added profiling
- Fixed IUseItemFirst crash
- Fixed shearing with a chainsaw not taking energy off a BatPack
- Fixed BuildCraft triggers not considering an energy storage block empty when the stored energy is below the output
- Fixed the "Hyperspeed" achievement
- Fixed induction furnaces not shutting off when reaching 0% heat, thanks to pwnedgod
- Fixed crash when crops get destroyed by an explosion (temporarily)
- Reactor chambers now require a wrench to be removed
- Fuel cans now use a different way of storing the fuel value in order to prevent overflows, old cans are still usable

"SDK has made significant changes to ModLoaderMp. Do not use my version. It is now incompatible."

The server version doesn't work atm due to a Forge bug, we+Forge have to adapt to SDK's MLMP first.

You're using an outdated MLMP version, you need SDK's v2.

Forge has been updated, time for the next try

edit: Forge has a known issue with tile entity creation, wait for Forge build #38 or later before doing SMP testing.

Install the recommended build on the server, might go check out if the creative population bugs are gone

Gah, I blamed lack of machines on creative and top/bottom of chamber being pink on Forge, when it was the creative population limiter and Player removing "redundant" sprites but one of them ended up being used by reactor chambers
