Are Nuclear Reactor ticks and redstone ticks the same? If not, what's the ratio? I was going to try to set up some kind of redstone system that tells me when I need to change the cells. All the wiki says is Nuclear Reactor ticks last a second, and I don't know if that means IRL or ingame.
