Looks like windmill not working after update. The same construction of 4 windmills and one bat box work in 1.8? but not produce energy in 1.9

P.S. In the same world: - In 1.8 working, in 1.9 - not

    I can confirm this.

Tested in single player with batbox+windmill at height 100.

Windmills are working fine for me.

After a quick decompile, I noticed the formula has been changed. The altitude is reduced by 64 so you will need to go higher for decent results.

This. Was mentioned in the changelog, as well.

Was not in my changelog, how could I miss that? Fixed anyways, including on the wiki.
