I have a house full of industrious machines and have solar panels to power them. But there is a problem, they don't make power when it says the sun is hitting them 
and the batbox is not receiving any power.
(I have put some water mills and they made power but not the solar panels) any suggestions/help?

How long is the cable going from the solar to the batbox? Which kind, copper or tin?

10 or 11 cable to the bat box -
That's the problem. After 4 or so blocks the energy packet gets reduced to 0 due to energy loss. If you want a good way to connect solars to batboxes, use tin cable, it barely has any loss.
