Twice now I have made a map, spend hours on it, making a house and such, wiring it and make a few machines, I save the world and close minecraft, I come back usually to something like the attached file below, you can clearly see where I had a solar farm and a building, I come back and it's like half the chunk/build gets deleted.
I got the recent modloader, MCforge client 3.1.2.94, and TMI 1.2.5
You should try to reproduce the bug while obtaining a crash report. Use this tool:
Couldn't re-create it, even trying 3 different times.
Curiously when I launched the client through the minecraft error report thing, it used the 32-bit java, not the 64-bit one that I actually use.

Well managed to launch with the 64-bit java (cant use the error thing) and to no surprise, it got replicated, but instead of a partial deletion, there is no indication that I even did anything at all, pictures attached.
As soon as you load up the world with the reset issue for the first time after exiting it, it should say something in the console.
Ran the error thingy and it launched minecraft using java 32-bit, where my issue can't be replicated, my map loaded and a smaller portion of my area was deleted, the console isn't picking anything up at all

Do you have any mod that edits enchantments? It may be messing up.
None that I know of, I just use MCforge 3.1.2.90 (i downgraded, thinking that was the issue, it wasn't), modloader and TMI
Whatever mod(s) you have improperly edited the enchantment class... Try building a new jar from scratch.
Ive rebuilt it a good 20 times ever since the issue occurred, no change at all.
Well, I don't know, something is going very wrong and reinstalling does not solve it.
I don't know if this helps at all, but the two pictures you posted look odd to me. The landscape to the left of your building seems to have changed a lot, was that you or did it change when you loaded the world? It could be nothing or the angle on the pictures throwing me off, but the landscape seems to be very off.
Yeah, it did that o.o it's like either chunks reset or just regenerate
Chunk regen was a common issue with robitson's (I probably butchered that) 4096 ID fix and IDresolver.
You haven't mentioned using either, but something worth noting
use NEI
Got a new jar file, installed NEI and required items, issue still occured.

Run Minecraft from that tool, yes, the same one. Create a world. Reproduce the bug. Post the full console output.
