[Suggestion] More Config Options.

Really? I have no idea how to do that.
If someone could explain me how to, i will put much effort into doing it. Being able to configure every constant in Industrial Craft seems very powerful.

devs shoud do this, this will allow manymany options for gameplay.
also something like "default" profiles with predefined set of options like no free energy or no cheat quantum or similar will be great addition to mod.
