Question: Recharging a normal JetPack

I have some trouble trying to recharge a normal JetPack, the fuel based I mean.

I have 2*"Filled Fuel Can" and somehow I can't refuel the jet.

Some1 might say why don't I get the Electric Jet. Well because I have gathered 20 Diamonds, 4-5 stacks of Iron,Copper and Tin, even build myself an Ore Scanner and never found Lapis Lazuri.

Already tried before putting this question on topic.
And ofcourse tried in all kinds of combinations O_O...

Also... the canner is correctly wired, how could I make fuel in the first place if it wasnt wired the right way.
