Mining Drill Recharge Station
Description:
Simply put, allows you to recharge the mining drill or the chainsaw using this station, like a mobile charger only isn't mobile and can be hooked up to a power grid directly. This would allow for people to stop needing batteries/generators to fully recharge their drills in deep, dark mines. 
(And help with an auto-recharge feature in the IC/Buildcraft combo system. Might elaborate on that in another topic section.)
