Hi, is it possible to make all the power generating machines like solar panals stop, while nobody is online? The problem is that me and a friend of mine are playing on a small private server and its just too easy at the moment to fill up our mfe's by just being offline and let the few solar panals that we have power them.

The solars stop making energy when the server is empty because the chunk unload. They only make energy when is anyone around to keep the chunk loaded.
Make the solars make less energy and make everybody use a lot of storage.

hmmm I just tested it and it seems to me as if the panals are producing energy even though nobody is online...

Could be the chunks around the spawn point are always staying loaded?
Try building a base far far away and testing again
