Items in inventory have different textures...

Hey there! I'm new to induistrial craft but it seems I have gotten everything working fine. Except...

The items in my inv. look different from when they are placed. I'll include a screenshot below:

Does anyone know why this is happening? I have the a custom DokuCraft texture pack with support for IC2, but it happens in the default pack as well (as shown above).

SSP, SMP, Both?

Are you using IDresolver? 4096id fix? Which 4096 fix (mod author) if you are using one?
What version of Forge?

Don't wanna be intrusive, but I think the shader mod is incompatible with recent Forge versions...
