How can I install IC², buildcraft,forestry on my server?

I would like to create a server with industrial craft, buildcraft and forestry mod's. But I can't find any tutorials for a hosted server (sorry if what I say isn't proper English, I'm french : What I mean by "hosted server" is that my server isn't running on my computer, I pay to make it run)

Could you please help me? Or redirect me on a tutorial?
