Request: 16x Industrialcraft texture pack or addon to texture pack.

I've seen many different texture packs for Industrialcraft2, but I lack a good graphics card to be able to smoothly handle a 32x or higher texture pack. Are there any, or could there be, a good 16x texture pack for IC2?
