I think it would be fun to have nuclear missiles crafted out of nukes, gunpowder, ect and be able to target them to specific places.

look in the Unofficial addons,for a mod called RocketScience.It adds napalm,regular,and yes,Nuclear,missiles,along with a fusion reactor.
