Machines not working in Smp after upgrading to 1.97

After updating my server and client to the latest version of IC2 my machines are no longer functioning. All the machines will not rotate their block image to face the correct way and will not accept/send out power.

Thanks for getting back to me good to know, guess i will just have to downgrade NEI and forge tell all mods get updated to MC 1.3
