[SUGGESTION] ULV-Transformer

Now, everybody knows that tin cables hardly have any energy loss. Now, the only way you can use them is if you use Water mills, solar panels, etc.
Bad thing is, once we go to LV, we can't go back to ULV (Ultra-Low Voltage). With the ULV-Transformer, you could turn LV into ULV, so you can move your energy VIA tin cable.
