The MC forge should have an archive, assuming you have not found one already. As for your video adapter, assuming you are not using a mobile chipset, you should be able to get a new adapter. If you are using a mobile chipset, then you may want someone to teach you some modding basics to get Minecraft to use an older OpenGL. Software emulation is another option, but it will tie up resources, and as I doubt you can fit enough working memory to make it work smoothly (there is an address scheme in some (I want to say all IA-32) 32 bit processors that allow the processor to access 64GiB of RAM, but there is hardly any software that won't crash) and the processor itself won't be happy for the extra loading. Modifying the driver could work as well.
