problem with clean install of MC and IC2

hello everyone
ok i have downloaded a brand new copy of minecraft 1.3.2, i have done the usual downloaded new copys of the mods (mcforge 4.1.1.251) and IC2

this is the crash report from the recommended version of mcforge (4.1.1.251)

so 2 problems mind pointing out how to read this error reports, tho i do understand

kinda self explanitry that it crashed in IC2

now in both instances there is no other mods installed other then IC2

so please tell me where and what and i doing wrong
and yes i have removed META-DATA folder

yes java are updated as you can see (1.7.0_05)

hmmm well i didnt know there was a update for java but still it should not be a problem

alrighty i have updated my java as well so its now 7.7
but still crashing and same errors are causing it to crash
oh and my OS is windows 7 x64 (xdark(a modded version of windows))

cause of me being smart and skillful i had 4 other systems (computers and a laptop), on 3 of these systems i got the same errors but i managed to get it working on my laptop and it managed to start cleanly... any way if you want i have upload a clean copy of mineforge, and IC2
its virus free but if i was you i would still run a virus check
just copy it to your %appdata% location
