Has anyone got either of those 2 to work? I cant seem to make them work

I got the electrolyzer to work, Just plop it next to an MFE, add some water cells, fill teh MFE up, and let it work.
No idea what the pump is even supposed to do tho....

It has to be next to a fully powered mfe?
70% or more, and It reverses the effect at 30% or below (I think)
Also works for MFSU.
