They vanished, but there shadows still exist in my save world, so if an animal walks through them they disappear. I can craft them again from the materials I ahd saved, but even the expensive machines it took a while to build are all gone with just shadows remaining. I had to use version 2 of MC Forge for 1.0, but was using version 1 for 0.9. Is there an easy way to fix this, or should I just cut my losses and start fresh with thematerials I saved up from before?

If you lost them by glitches or bugs, install Too Many Items, and get 'em back! (Its not hacking if they were lost to a bug

I was pretty sure you need Forge 1.0.6 not v2 or whatnot.

This issue is probably related to some NBT Changes we made. May happen again on next update, we're sorry for that.
