Mass Fabricator - Want the old recipe

So, i know theres a way to get the old recipe for the Mass Fabricator, but i cant find it annywhere?

I have searched on the forums, on google and youtube cant find anny good instructions on how to set it to defualt settings in the NEI i belivie it is.

Would appriciate help!
