Second: Are you sure you're running IC, NOT IC2? If you're running IC2, post in the bugtracker: bt.industrial-craft.net
If you are using IC (in which case you would be running MC 1.7.3beta), then I can't help you. -
If you have optifine installed and Multicire on, then thaz could be a reason. Because OptiFine is to stupid for working with AMD-CPU's.
But I think that still don't belong to IC.
