[SUGGESTION] Cobble-on-a-Stick

Craft it like a lever, but upside down. When you right-click, it places a piece of cobble at your feet and consumes the item. (unless of course there is already a block there of any kind). This would be extremely useful for us builders with jetpacks and gravisuits and other flying items for when we want to get a build started out in the middle of nowhere and don't feel like building all the way out.
