i use industrialcraft 2 into my modpack i dont have already a name because i am making it right now so the name comes as it is done or if i get the name i want to name it

You are allowed to use it in Public packs as long as Credit is given, and you provide a link to the IC2 Forums. (or that other site that is probably dead)
