Suggestion: Atomizer

I'm here again to post another Suggestion
This is my Fourth Suggestion, you can see the third on this topic

A new MACHINE called ATOMIZER!!!!!!

First, the Recipe:

Like the Combiner(of my other topic), this machine is the LEVEL 2 of the "Macerator + Extractor"

The Atomizer divide items into smaller pieces
One atomizer operation consume HIGH ENERGY, and need a high voltage(or not), and can make FOUR DIFERENT itens

Here a improvised GUI:

Now, exemples:

Put 1 Bronze on the Left and recive 1 Copper and 1 Tin(inverse operation)

Put 1 Gunpowder and recive 2 Coal Dust and 2 Redstone Dust

Put 1 Advanced Alloy and recive 1 Refined Iron, 1 Bronze and 1 Tin

Put 1 Rubbered Wood and recive 2 Resins and 2 Wooden Planks

Put 1 Some Random Scrap and recive 1 Dirt, 1 Cobblestone, 1 Sand and 1 Wooden Planks(the chance of make a some randon scrap is 15%, if you recicle those four itens you have only 60% of chance to recive back your scrap)

Put 1 Cable and recive 2 Rubber and 1 Copper

Put 1 Wool and recive 1 String and 1 Leather

And many other recipes

Ah, a NEW RECIPE for COMBINER(my other sugestion)
Put 1 Snow Ball + 1 Water Bucket and recive 1 ICE BLOCK

De-crafting

Example: You go to nether and take some Glow Dust

Put Glow Dust on Atomizer and take 3 Redstone Dust and 1 Gold Dust

Melt the Gold Dust from 6 Glow Stone dust and make GOLDEN RAILS

Or use this to make new itens Like:

Put uranium on Atomizer

The Uraniun on the atomizer make 1 Obsidian(or scrap), 2 Refined Uraniun and 1 Sand(the sand and the obsidian are the SCRAPS from the operation)

With this you take the double of energy

With this you can make unique recipes Alblaka

Like "Dirt Atom, Sapling Atom", and you can use this to make things(like GRASS) or put on Nuclear Reactor(Nuclear reactor can make energy from many atons, BUT uranium give more energy
