I stumbled upon a minor problem with a IC2, which is still quite annoying. No tool or other item (like jetpack) can toggle it's modes. I use the specified key (M and right-click), but that doesn't work at all. Here is the list of other mods installed aside from IC2.
Treecapitator
buildcraft
gregtech
ironchest
Railcraft
RedPower 2
Thaumcraft 3
Version of the client is 1.4.7. and all mods are for that version including IC2.
I wish you could help me or at least point out a possible source of a problem.

Try changing the mode key to another one, sometimes the M key conflicts with other mods.

Thank you. That's solved the problem. But now another appeared - after installation of gregtech, bronze blocks crafted before installation dont craft back into ingots.

Even bronze blocks crafted* after installation won't craft back into ingots. It's not a bug, it's a feature (of GregTech). Smelt or macerate them. If you have NEI, that should show you everything.
* you probably need a machine to make them now, as well.

Alternatively you could disable that feature in the configuration file if you want to.
