You can never please everybody. My only problem with UE is the textures... oh, those textures... what pleases me are the multiblock structures. Although i feel most are a bit incomplete, and you can't make them more efficient, (Example: Nuclear reactors can only power 9 turbines) they are cool.

It seems everything on the UE website is coming to IC2 with compatibility. Perhaps UE in its self would be used with IC2 more, and would not be able to tell which is which anymore, Just like buildcraft. UE backwards is EU

I can just let it run with a MFE next to it, and it produces fine. Do you have a Matter Fabricator on the same Line? Maybe its sucking too much Energy from your Network.
@Powder, I never report a bug just to find out I placed my transformers wrong, In fact when I first placed it it was wrong, so i changed it right.
@Greg, this was creative mode testing of the newest tools, I hadn't had a Matter Fabricator. It may produce fine, but it's literally saying there is not enough power to it with 9 MFSUs in the line with a MV-transformer.

It seems there isn't enough room in the advanced regulator to assign every slot my one-block nuclear reactor.

is greg's vacuum freezer broken? I put 9 MFSUs on a line and hooked up a MV transformer, yet its still insufficient power to make vacuumed hardened steel thing. Bug? If not, that is really bad.
Btw, i don't know why people are complaining about recipes. They seem pretty easy in my eyes.

Windmills should in fact take aluminum to make.Any other metal would be to heavy to be blown by the wind. Aluminum is lightweight, thus easily turned by the wind.

Greg, after watching direwolf kill the hardest mob in the forgecraft server with ease, i feel that you should make a boss mob that cuts through quantum armor like butter, flys faster than a gravity suit, and has crazy large range, for a component that makes the best weapon in IC2

Indeed I plan to add Stargate-Like travelling through Dimensions, in 3 Difficulty Levels. Easy = You can find one worldgenerated Gate in each Overworldlike Dimension (including Mystcraft Ages) and it's easy to find on the Surface near Spawn, Medium = Gates are likely to be buried underground (At least in the real Overworld), Hard = you have to invent it yourself long time after building Fusion Reactors, as there won't be any inside the Overworld.
At least that's how I plan it.
But the easier the lesser the reward, right?

suggestion:
A machine that replicates the nuclear reactor adjacent to it in its GUI.Its like a written plan,if one of the items is missing or ran out, the slot that has nothing in it turns red in the machine and tries to find the item that is missing from an adjacent chest and if it finds the item, such as a coolant that ran out, it will replace the slot with the item. Its a vague description but i think you will understand.

Ok, after some tests, it appears to be directly connected to GregTech and NEIPlugin+RC/BC/Forestry, as I still get 0.5-1 sec delay even with only NEI, NEIPlugin, IC2, Railcraft and GregTech 2.72 installed..I will blame my crappy computer for now :(..
You say your computer is crappy with a .5-1 second delay? Well guess what? My computer can't even handle a fully generated world without 0-4 FPS, and i have 8 second lag with NEI on a flat world. To me, that computer would be as good as gold.
