Thank you, it works, but Elevator block and elavator button have textures of macerator :D, probably I have an error in config file of Dynamic Elevator (I have changed IDs in config file of Dynamic Elevators). It's my config file of the Dynamic Elevators, look it up pls, and say me, where I have error.
Also I do it conversely - I have restored the original config file of the Dynamic Elevators, and changed only one ID (216), but the same problem
Sounds like an Item ID conflict now, not a Block ID conflict.

It's always compiled against the latest Forge. MC version should be self-explanatory by the version numbers.
Nothing that suggests that it's an IC2 problem in there...
Try giving us the ForgeModloader-client-0.log to be sure.
Go look through some of the other support threads and see what they said there.
I believe it's a BC API compatibility problem (forget exactly). Try removing the bcIntegration folder inside the ic2.jar.
Do you have Optifine or something that uses CTM?
ForgeModLoader-client-0.log please
Already reported on the bugtracker.
^Try using a build from http://ic2api.player.to:8080/job/ic2_lf/
And player, if you see this: Did you by any chance happen to write a mod for TF2?
1) IC2 version?
2) Forge version?
3) Assuming you're using a Jenkins build, IC2 is going under a huge API rewrite.
I'm going to say stable enough that you can be sure that it won't utterly destroy your world, but you might want to wait a bit longer
powercrystals.minefactoryreloaded.modhelpers.ic2.IC2.load(IC2.java:76)
Try deleting MFR's IC2 API folder.
But my minecraft without optifine run more slow and this can be a problem of IC2 because Optifine is compatible with all the mods
As far as I recall (this was on the bugtracker), Optifine hadn't integrated a method that newer Forges were using, causing the problems. It's still on Forge #608, after all.
Delete Optifine.
Update to 1.4.7 and update Forge. Should fix it.
