it is possible just entirely useless, as usualy normal Reactor setups can Cool the Heat from a Eff 7 reactor.
for a Eff 7 Crcs you need modules that take the heat out of the Hull, thats the bottleneck when you go over 600 heat.
Hybrids would be more usefull as they have internal cooling and need only smaller cooling towers.

2000 eu and no cooldown?
you should split these up into more single reactors or go for CRCS.
even then you wont get 2000eu from one reactor easily.

you need many watermills for consistent power. over 1eu

but the geothermal reactor is entirly suffecient to power the furnace thus the other geo doesnt need to power on

if not then use nuclear control to detect when the heat of the reactor fall below 25k heat
as uranium alone will not produce enough heat for the cooling system.
hook the reactor heat controller thingie (forgot the actual name :P)
to a memory cell that shuts of the reactor when powered.
now as soon as there is under 25k heat
the diffrence is that the condensater take up all the heat they can get and have always 0 heat
cooling cells will heat up, other components can still take the heat out of them
made it cheaper. like always.
viable design will reenrich its need in uranium, this is always convienient.
reduced copper and gold costs greatly, a bit higher iron cost.

with these values iam certain that a 5 chamber is possible

i bet it is possible with 6 chambers.
5 could work too but it is very dificult to do this with the reactorplanner as it has wrojng heat levels, i will try my designs later in gregtechs CC
