The new version fixes both the collectors and the fan bugs. Is it intentional that after 6 overclockers the fan stops blowing air? Also, the tunnel bore forgets it's GUI settings on world reload.

Another thing I've found is that the collectors run out of EU in a matter of seconds, is it because it's 20.0k EU storage rather than 20000 EU?

Updating EnderIO seemed to fix the problem, so now it works.
Although, when I accidentally shift clicked a stack of overclockers into an air fan which already had two in, this happened:

Fun fact unrelated to the Nuclear, but new for IC2: The Liquid Heat Exchanger turns lava into pahoehoe lava (a hawaiian name for the lava that has the not-bright-orange crust on the outside), which cools to basalt cobblestone if you place the source blocks from NEI or use the Floodgate from the latest Buildcraft.
More fun info. All IC2 fluids used to flow, and in doing so, voided any other fluids they touched. Pahoehoe lava used to never solidify, but when it did at first, it made reinforced stone. The only difference between IC2's basalt and Project Red's basalt cobblestone is that IC2's is slighty darker on the cracks. Redpower's basalt is the exact same texture

kU is the generic Kinetic Unit unit, the kinetic wind generator makes it too. RPT is something like rotations per tick (I think anyway) and only the steam turbine uses it.

For obtaining steam or superheated steam in creative you can give yourself empty cells(id:4266 or IC2:itemCellEmpty) with damage value 14(steam) and 13(superheated steam)
Or just use NEI

I've not tried the later versions but can't you somehow cheat in the hot steam directly you could pump into your machines?
You can, but doing that doesn't let you test if systems can self-sustain themselves or require injections of water.

Can there either be a Creative Steam Generator, or the debug item somehow be used to instantly heat a Steam Generator to 100 C heat?
Since it takes literally hours if it has 10000mb of water in, it is impractical for testing. -
Since steam can be turned into kU with the Kinetic Steam Generator, what is the purpose of the condenser?
Super-heated steam comes from distilled water in the Steam Generator too right?

The rotor will be for windmills? or something nuclear? ( honestly i don't like the idea of it being windmills because that increases maint on something imho that should have low maint.. please give a config like compact windmills has to remove the requierment
They're for the Kinetic Wind Generator. Nothing to do with nuclear, and nothing to do with normal windmills. There's far cooler generators now than even 1 month ago

This behavior may self-mitigate to some degree if the boiler is closer to full of water.
If it has a full 10000 mb of water in it, and the water is constantly pumped in, it stays at 100 C. It just takes what felt like, but probably was, hours to heat up.
