Do you just have IC2, or do you have Gregtech as well? By not work with NEI, is that the recipe for the diamond drill or all things?

Nope, even Gregtech isn't that nerfy (2 ingots -> 1 plate early game). One RE-Battery needs just 2 tin now, as it uses tin item casing, which you can get 2 per tin plate, which is a 1:1 ratio ingot:plate with the forge hammer. Not sure which mod added that recipe, but it's not IC2 or Gregtech

Fancy, can't wait

Can/Will we get retrogen for Americium ore, I don't want to mess with the chunks of my world to get it.
-
By not fully working, can you even make missiles? It has changed a lot from the original
-
-
They melt their own chambers, which is absurd
-
That's the reason that it only did indestructible blocks before I think. Since Greg "fixed" it, fix it again!
-
Not sure, perhaps water inside would reduce the chance? I'd say it's a bug, as it does massively affect the safety as well as the output of MOX reactors.

Blast from the past, who'd though all the old IC1 stuff is still on the official Minecraft wiki? http://minecraft.gamepedia.com/Mods/IndustrialCraft
-
It was re-introduced, as before it only melted indestructible blocks. Bedrock for example. It now seems to melt anything that isn't indestructible.

- To make circuits now require Red Alloy Plates instead of redstone.
- Red Alloy Plates need Red Alloy Ingots
- Red Alloy Ingots require 1 Copper and 4 Redstone to make 1 Red Alloy Ingot in an Alloy Smelter
- This forces you to make a Steam Smelter (Bronze equivalent of an Alloy Smelter)

they would either nuke themself because they don't get their Nukes done right
South Korea or Japan. They're the ones who'd get nuked. The North Koreans have professional nuke throwers for such an event.
think I am trying to get information
You are aren't you, asking advice?
use it in their Propaganda
Western fool comes to the great Democratic People's Republic of Korea for help. Communism is the greatest. *Cue fireworks and nuke rain
Like asking me to kill Gorge Double-You Bush.
Pretty sure you're going to go on a watch list after putting that

It chooses the lowest heat value that the metal can melt. The fact it does cool down is either balance or a bug
-
With your gold for example, it only needs to be 3000 heat, so if it's more, it cools down, as it doesn't need to be that high. The same reason if you put your gold in with it at 0 heat, it doesn't go all the way up to 5000. It instead goes up to 3000 then hovers there, heating if below and stopping when above.

Actually, North Korea is more successful in Rocketeering than I am, so you are wrong. Still, if you don't want to get a Man on the Sun, you don't want to know what they know anyway.Getting to the sun is far more advanced, especially as some reports say it only took 4 hours. Think of all the maths to calculate the necessary force!
Maybe it could be the case that he was using Sarcasm. Though it is quite likely that most of his audience would not have gotten it, and it would generally not be that understandable with him only having one old and obligatory Gregtech Video.Greg should request another mod spotlight and we'll see how many parts it takes

Can we get an air powered implosion compressor like [1.6.2 SMP/SSP] FrogCraft 1.6.2 - Bring industrial chemistry to Minecraft! added? Crafting iTNT is really annoying.
-
What effect do they have on growth? I know the best biome is swamp then jungle, but what about mini-jungle or autumn woods? Does IC2 even have support for other biomes when growing crops?
-
Indeed, the transformer upgrade doesn't change the amount of energy it uses, just the amount it can accept before exploding
-
If you use transformer upgrades, your machines can accept the next tier of power up. Right now cables and machines don't explode with too high voltages anyway, but in the future they will and Gregtech machines still do.
