Greg, can we have a way of making sponge as sponge is very (not at all) useful but looks good with texture packs.

So what are the main differences between a old IC2 setup and an experimental one? I can't see anything difference apart from the way you'd collect all the outputs into more transformers as outputs increase EU/t beyond a single transformer.

All energy values & IV values are toggleable in config. Admins can make it equal to something like 500000 EU/t and that's it.
Or 5EU.

Realistic??? You mean realistic like u Bottling Plant texture, empty block with Water Cell in front? I think u cant make more realistic for new machines.
P.S. Better delete that "Realistic" texture pack...
FYI, the bottling plant is IC2's own original textures, not mine Realistic is referring to looking like it would fit in with the old textures, NOT looking fitting IRL. -
In order for a Mod to get very popular it has to be well coded and have extremly long update cycles, therefor Redpower is (more like "was") the best Mod ever.
Does that mean daily updating IC2 experimental is worse than before? Or does it also have the cycles getting longer, as Redpower used to update for each version more or less (pre 1.3) as did IC2 -

Well I don't say the other mods are bad and I am not saying that IC2 should copy the code I want IC2 to give an more efficient and elegant usage to thae mods which are already existend. To make It certain, who wouldn't want to be able to put the whole Nuclear reactor controll in one block...
Redlogic by Immibis does just what you want, build a room, make a redstone circuit in the room, get a plan, use IC2 energy to make the plan real, then use the circuit just as it would work as if you made the redstone. What you want has already been added in another mod. -
If you find a way to chunkload the area to spawn mobs, which is quit difficult, I think.
Do normal chunkloaders not work? (Like world anchors) -
