I was messing around with the ore dictionary scanner, and found that long class names overflow off the edge. Then when I tried to put a CESU with some stored power in, the game crashed.

There's no point adding an EMC value to it just to not be able to use it. I'd only have an EMC value of 1 anyway, as that's how much sand has.

There's a minor broken tooltip for certain items like boric acid. Also, apparently I managed to make the back 3 mining pipes of the tunnel bore visually only, no idea how though. It extended fine so it might just be an updating bug.
-
pahimar deliberately added the possibility to make each and every item in the game impossible to pull out of the transmutation table, the list of those items can be edited by say, server owners or players who don't want dupes in the game. that is what i meant. does nobody here watch forgecraft? they talked about the stuff in EE3 there.Yeah, but that's not how it works by default. I never understand why you'd add a mod like EE3 and then nerf it to irrelevance.

You'll have to poke immbis on IRC or on the FTB forums to get a response quickly, he doesn't visit here all that much anymore.

or make silicon unlearnable, like ores. that's a possibility, too.
It's added by AE2, not EE3, so it's designed to be learn able so you can use EMC to make everything in the mod. Lazy devs = lazy gameplay

AE2 silicon has 256 EMC as it's smelted quartz. EnderIO silicon overwrites the silicon recipe, but doesn't change the EMC. Thermal Expansion in all it's wisdom adds a sand -> silicon recipe in the pulveriser. So 1 EMC + 1600 RF = 256 EMC.

There's always tin/copper/bronze blocks, so you could build a metal house. Nothing says rich like a metal house.
-
AE2, EnderIO and Thermal Expansion allow 256x EMC duping. It's still got a bit of work.

Uh, unless the plugin is broken, you've got an old version of IC2 (or NEI, don't think so though). The Blast Furnace is used to get Refined Iron now. 1 Iron Ingot + 6 Compressed Air and some heat from a heat generator will get you 1 Refined Iron Ingot and 1 Slag.

I've seen changelogs with only your name on. Technic + AT Launcher especially.
-
They look for a right click to harvest and I don't think there's any checking for fake players, so that should work.
-
You can find all the versions here: http://jenkins.ic2.player.to/job/IC2_experimental/ The latest is of course the newest. The file name of your IC2 should tell you the version, if not you can check it in the modlist on the main menu when your game has loaded.
-
Adding them is fine though, and I'm pretty sure over writing works recipes (unless that's broken recently).

You can manually add fertiliser, or not bother at all. It's down to whether you want a few really high production crops, or can settle with bigger crop fields to make the difference up.

Nuclear Control wasn't even originally Shedar's mod, and Nuclear Control 2 is normally quoted as being xbony's even though it is mostly using Shedar's code. Mods having old authors forgotten is nothing new, or something that only happens here.

Hey, if you guys could take this conversation to another thread, that would be great, because it seems that you're jacking this thread from the original topic, which is AFSU made by xbony2.
Perhaps if there was anything on topic before we started we might.

I turned your textures into a resource pack, so it can just go in the resource pack folder rather than having to overwrite them in the GT jar.

Have you tested whether you can paint insulated tin cables? I know you can't with experimental
