Mediafire killed your download links for too much traffic. If you need some server space, I can provide it, drop me a PM and I will set you up.

Spout should be the only plugin that causes issues. -
You can't use Spout with bukkit ported mods, like it says everywhere in the download thread in the real porting board.
-
That is the reason why you shouldn't just blindly use modpacks... IC² 1.71 is already ported to bukkit, just exchanging one file will allow you to update to 1.71.
Link to 1.70b client jar:
http://player.to/ic2/industrialcraft-2-client_1.70b.jarYou really should update, 1.71 was a hotfix to fix some stuff, you are better off using that one.

I would really like this announcement, but after the Spout stunt Bukkit pulled I am kinda against having them in charge of "the" API for Minecraft. Designing a system completely and intentionally! incompatible to MCF and Modloader, even that bad that the plugin itself conflicts with Bukkit ported mods is just so egoistic. Why not design Spout as an addition to MCF? What is so bad on MCF? It allows dozens of mods to run beside each other, only comment they had back then was to nag mod authors to move to Spout, sure thing, rewrite everything from scratch after porting your mod to MCF already, great idea! Bukkit is one of the most awesome projects ever, but so is MCF, if Bukkit would just have used MCP, like every other mod creator instead of designing an incompatible decompiler which does the same it would have been so much easier. Well in the end it will work out, we will have Bukkit based servers with like 70% of the current MCF mods, the 30% of the mod devs will just ragequit over having to port again.

There is a server and a client folder in the download. Only the serverside fix is needed, the clients don't need the fix.

Try charging the wrench, it needs nearly a full charge to perform the action, even if you have a batpack equipped. If you spawned the wrench in it might also not work, try charging it first.

This is the place to go for bukkit ported mods:

Well overclockers for fuel based generators would mean something like increase burn rate by 20% and increase output by 10%. Means your generator will output 11 EU/t, but one coal lasts only 80% of the normal time. For non-fuel-based generators it is doesn't really make sense and would be quite hard to balance. If you want to compress solar panels you can use the advanced machines, but the other free generators (wind and water) shouldn't be able to be compressed anyway, makes it overpowered as setting it up requires a lot less space now. Imagine a single windmill outputting 128 EU/t, as it consits out of 64 wind mills, day and night, while only requiring the space of one normal windmill. Same holds true for watermills.

This one is for IC 1.43 and MC 1.0.0

Items obtained with NEI most likely don't have the needed Metadata. You need to charge them before you can use them. Although that might also cause a crash, never tried it^^ In fact best thing to do is to only spawn in the components and craft energy stuff yourself.

You are missing a component of Redpower (Logic). It is needed for Array.

mod_MinecraftForge zip file is located in my mods folder.
There you have your problem. You need to add it into the minecraft.jar just like you installed modloader and modloadermp -
You need to add the Forge classes to the mincraft.jar directly, not put them into the mods folder.
-
Well you can use scaffolds where you want your CF wall, then spray them with the CF sprayer. If you want to insta-harden it use (rightclick) sand on the foam.
-
Well you can consider it a bug as it is behaving differently on different OS, something that shouldn't happen with a so called platform independent language as Java.
-
Modloader had a bug on linux once that made it load files by last changed date. You can just add a random file (.txt so it doesnt conflict with anything) to either the crossover jar or the IC2 jar. Depending on the way it loads you either need to have IC2.jar have a more recent change date or the crossover mod, you can only test that.

Your problem is forge, IC² requires 1.3.1
