Otherwise you should make the Thaumcraft requirement optionnal unless the ender void/thaumic armor is required for the electric ones

Mmm, like Chocohead said, the Forge Lexicon is probably your best bet.
1.4.7 is a very old (although maybe better) version then what's currently around. Getting technical support for it is very difficult. You'll probably need to make an integration addon, or use some sort of pre-jurastic version of MineTweaker.

Insane (IV) is 8192 ULV is the step above it I believe. They aren't exactly official though. Only LV, MV, HV, EV are universally accepted since they're called that in the game.
It's really hard to take seriously any mod that goes beyond 3x ore processing... except perhaps RotaryCraft.

AdvGenerators isn't exactly perfect if all you want is a higher energy storage block, some of the blocks are OP in my opinion.
To be fair, I'd say AFSU is also a bit OP, although it's pretty damn expensive.
