Yeah I run it on a pretty hardcore paid whitelist server. We hit 30+ at once. We only run into one crash with the energynet and fixed was released by player here I think. Besides that the bukkit one is 100 times nicer <3

Use the fix from this thread: http://forum.industrial-craft.…page=Thread&threadID=1640
Thanks

Just started getting this on our SMP server after only being up for a day fresh map. Only other mod is BC 2.2.2 and its disabled so you can't place blocks just forms oil.
Code

Could someone explain to me the Efficiency thing? Whats the diff from say 2 3 4 5? Is 5 good or bad?
-
On my server we banned the recycler because its oped....
-
The suits not OPED. The creation to make it is whats under powered.
-
IC is already to easy why make it more easy... Ugh IC is going break SMP if it keeps dumbing things down haha.
-
This is in a way possible. But it would have to use a better sound engine I think one guy has managed to add something like this depending on what blocks are around you depth etc I assume surrounded but say soundproofing blocks would or might do the trick.
-
I been doing heavy testing and most plugins do work. Don't bother with things like spout or anything else that messes with packets.
The biggest problem I found out though is not a lot of plugins deal with damage value's for example if you want to block a certain block placement like recycler 250:11 you would have to block all blocks that use a machine block I think it was 250.... So yeah you can't block certain blocks yet.
But overall bukkit actually seems a bit smoother then vanilla for me so far and its working really great.

Yes there is a version on bukkit forums but its not supported here. I use it myself.

I would like to know how I would go about disabling certain items on a SMP server. I tried many times editing config in many ways but it always resets on reboot.

http://azelphur.com/content/why-you-should-avoid-bukkit is enough of a reason for me not to support bukkit at all.
The way EvilSeph behaved can't be tolerated, it reflects back to the whole project. Azelphur's complaint is totally valid and very important, SourceMod would not be what it is now without enforcing the license properly. Using such a server-side plugin system tends to involve the usage of many different small plugins, I wouldn't really trust those without being able to inspect the source code easily and quickly.
CraftBukkit not building upon the MCP decompiled version of MC is a real pain to support, there's no valid reason for them not to use MCP as well. MCP's scope is much larger than what bukkit needs, the bukkit team could help maintaining the server-side mappings and patches if they feel like the update process being too slow.
Without using MCP, CraftBukkit's change set to the MC classes can't get easily applied to the source code IC2 builds upon. In addition to that it's not helpful at all to have a major difference between the client and server versions of minecraft. We couldn't even use any of the API CraftBukkit provides because a version for the client (-> SP) is missing. Forge improves the extendibility of MC in a much less intrusive and symmetric way, we don't have many issues with sharing code across the client and server versions.
That being said, I might even prevent porting IC2 to bukkit. It's not allowed to redistribute IC2, especially modified versions of it.
Godcraft uses Bukkit and Were using bukkit with IC2 as well. Yeah you could be an ass and prevent it but then at the end of the day it just means both sides are assholes and that both projects should be shutdown.

I just want a siren that when it receives power plays a sound nonstop.
This
I really just did not want to tell them my true intentions

I think IC really needs is an alarm when a nuclear plant has gone critical through a new kind of block. Also maybe the use of this block in other ways

With the Induction Furnace(IC 1.15), and an extraction pipe from Buildcraft 2.2.1, the dusts to be smelted get extracted out of the furnace to the side faster than they can smelt, even at 100% heat. The extraction pipe sucks the items out of the input first, THEN and ONLY then does it start taking from the output side. I really hope this gets fixed soon, as this bug causes a lot of excess piping that shouldnt be necessary to set up a diamond factory shop.
I'm confused BuildCraft is their fault lol?

I got a better solution, why not make it possible to fill a cell by simply right-clicking on a source block. Or better yet make it so when you hold a stack of empty and click on the liquid, it takes a single cell out, fills it, and places it in a different stack.
I can not take credit for this idea for it has already been thought up. In fact Alblacka has even thought about including it in the official mod.
Here is the link to the post.
This I want but maybe they don't want it this easy

This is my small mining operation. Drill, OV Scanner 5 solar panels and bat pack in the center of it aiming towards the drill. It's simple clean and easy to install.
