It works fine with most values ( by default, all standard metals + uranium is supported, now refined iron I forgot but I also think it's supported as they check for smelting recipes ).
But I know for sure I added cells by myself
That's fine Also, nvm, Project E emc works with IC2 ( uranium having a value of 4096, tin 256... etc.. ) But I think I added the EMC of the cells myself, but I don't remember about refined iron though ^^'

Wtf, since when IC2 classic sucks ? It rocks , BB. , if you tried IC2 classic Immibis I understand your opinion, but Speiger has his own classic version of IC2 which has currently no "weird" crashes what so ever, and works perfectly with other mods.
So far I tested, and it works with :
-Advanced repulsion system ( recipes works, the forcefield blocks will not require power though )
-Project E ( EMC values on refined iron and different cells has never been so awsome )
-AE2 ( you can power it, the only thing so far broken is the P2P but I disable this anyway )
-Railcraft ( everything works except the steam turbine, but it was a bit bugged on older versions, should perfectly work now though )
-Mekanism ( Now this one is the most impressive, Mekanism cables works perfectly on IC2 classic stuff, and vice versa, everything works, and Universal cables are nice as EU superconductors and RF converters )

Chocohead : I never got this type of bug, I think it's only with Advanced machines, as I tried the e-net ( easy mode, but should work like normal ), and I had no problem so far with mod interactions/chunks/possible bugs with connection ( except Railcraft Steam turbines and ME P2P, as cables connect to them, but nothing happens ).
Now GG youtube post, I remember the bug, it's about CF foam, the CF foam blocks, and utilities are broken, the cannot be placed in the world and have no use ;P
I retried many times, but I failed to reproduce the crash, basically try to break glass fiber next to an ultimate energy cable from Mekanism, and it crashes ( well I tried again but I wasn't able to reproduce it ), but the energy nets works, mekanism cables work like they used to on IC2 before experimental ( aka even the ultimate one doesn't causes explosions/jam as they autoconvert to the right voltage ), mekanism generators/SU output normally in IC2 cables, but I didn't tested if the jamming works with them but yeah, I think next release might be stable
There is one bug I forgot about though... I can't remember it and that's irritating me, as iirc it was actually quite important

Gonna test your requests, also, could you try to release the fusion reactor next build ? ( a simplified version of the already simple old Rocket Science fusion reactor, which will fuse D+D to produce a steady 100 eu/tick, at the cost of a starting cost of 100 000 000 eu, then you only need a supply of D ).
EDIT: Deuterium would be produce by putting electrolysed water cells in an extractor, and adding coils ( in the same shape as the old GT fusion reactor, extremely expensive ) will reduce the initial fusion firing cost to 90 000 000 eu/tick and make 10 more eu/tick when working.
Same goes for mine, no one knows how to install a VPN on their Ipads xD ( so they ask me... ).

I am personnally done waiting IC2 normal to be released and same for EE3, so for now I am using IC2 classic and Project E, and then once IC2 goes back to normal releases I will use it
