I think your textures are better if you play with GT, because it reminds the AESU, but I tried to do something universal, an hybrid texture that could make everyone happy, and BTW, Cube, do you want me to correct your textures ? Just fix some pixel derps, color derps and some other lil'things, because I saw them, but there's some little errors , and BTW, did you make the AFB transparent ? If not I will also need to fix that ;P

What about my skin :c , I know that people prefer the blue one because it looks more like the old AESU, but I tried to make my skin more universal, making it look like an EV transformer like people requested, but also with blue stripes like AESU :c , and xbony2 : THX for the update , and are you ok to add moar stuff ? I have some good ideas ;P ( And evil plans... )

But are my textures OK ? I tried to make it look like 75% like an EV transformer 12.5% like an IDSU/AESU and 12.5 personnal style

Yeah, but be lucky with your minecraft seed or have dungeon mods installed, and glass fibre is easy peasy to make, at least, with my proposition, you need some tech to get the spectrum dust ( at least a thermal centrifuge and a constant generator ) and piezo crystals are indeed made out of quartz, and a lot of modern/fancy watches ( I live in the french part of switzerland, geneva, so I know that ) uses quartz piezo crystal vibrators as a more precise way to have seconds ( not as precise as a nuclear watch though ) and no, the fact that I wanted quartz dust be one of the component of the spectrum dust compound is a pure coincidence with piezo crystals ( no but really ).

And @ Gold, I also used to think gold was a better conductor than copper and silver, because of the circuits and stuff, until I went on Internet to see if I was right or no

yes, I also think it's piezo crystal because it's the same in french and I checked on GT ( not gregtech XD but google ) and it's made out of quartz if my memories are correct, but I think my spectrum dust suggestion make glass fibre "logical" in the minecraft way , and the recipe is balanced, so you can't rush for glass fibre anymore, and it also make glass fibre recipe a bit more complex and fun

Actually, if I'm not mistaken there is a 1.8 forge because iron chests updated to 1.8, but that's it ;P

one bug that need the to be fixed is the funky watermill behaviour with power output, and also the mekanism cable bug if that is on IC2 end ( But I'm not sure )

Finally someone who understand my thoughs, let's greg all the things, I think that every mod can be balanced, even Project-E ( which Choco replaced for me almost ( 99.9% ) every diamonds with alchemical diamonds, which require 4 nether stars and 4 diamonds, for creating 4 alch diamonds )

Next update should require a uu matter cell for the AFB

BTW, on the test survival world, I'm almost at the steel age, just hunting some slimes for one more slime ball , then I will make some IC2 basic machines ( E-furnace, macerator, compressor, extractor, and metal former ) , and maybe I will upgrade the macerator into a crusher and E furnace into an energised smelter, then I'm gonna set a quarry, and have some ressources to build advanced machines of IC2 and Mekanism and TE4.

For energy, I'm gonna go with solid heat generator and fluid heat generator first, connected to a stirling generator to produce energy, and then I'm gonna take those machines, and use them to craft mekanism heat generator, and I'm gonna put it on a lava source for my first passive renewable energy , then I'm gonna use Wind Powa and golem tree farm to use the active mode of the heat generator ( it can generate electricity passively and actively at the same time )

BTW : I think I found ( maybe ? ) a bug on IC2 end ( I might be really wrong, and it can be a bug on mekanism end ) , because for some reason, storage units and generators of IC2 refuse to output energy in mekanism universal cables. You can input energy, but not output, the only way for now to output IC2 energy into mekanism, is to use the energy tablet, pipe in a SU, and pipe out and then again in an energy cube

@Choco : You know, there's some generators that have an alternate recipe that uses a furnace and a machine block, instead of the iron furnace and iron plates, well delete those alternate recipes because remember, I made the iron furnace requiring a netherack, a machine block and a furnace

My textures makes the AFSU look like an EV transformer, with some blue stripes ( like in the old GT, AESU had some blue stripes )
