What about nanotechnology? Iam sure there some materials there with much higher conductivity.

Iam sure some of you have heard or read about this game. Its a space sim mmo and it also has a singleplayer campaign. I think it is going to be awesome. Its purely funded by crowdfunding and they already managed to get a whopping 12 million.

When do luminators get that long awaited overhaul btw?

one could teleport nukes where they don't belong, for example
One could disable teleporting in the config

since quartz not transperent this will fix idiotic solar spam permanently.
Nope it will just make ppl build even more solars since they need more.

Does not matter. We already had OPcheatwatercooled reactors. In real life getting water to cool reactor is a real concern, in minecraft all you need are 2 blocks of water to make an ocean. You make 2 water block pool. Place down water generator. Pipe it to the chamber and you are done. All cooling problems just disappeared. We could get rid of heat mechanics all together. It wouldn't make a difference.Not exactly. They are more complicated than they might look at first glance. Also buggy when it comes to loading/unloading chunks (ye even if its in 1 chunk).

+1 wonder why this isnt in already (not enough time to do so?)

We are running ic2 for 1.5.1 on a server. Havent found anything gamebreaking/crashing etc yet.

Though I'd like an official (with a lot of work on, not like the basic DLC-for-extra-money) Industrial Addon. I think Mojangshould make some addons like an Industrial one, an adventure one (with RPG systems, more creatures, quests etc ...) and some others ... if they could pay the modders themselves with that.
Or just ad it to the game with updates

I would like to see a option in the induction furnace that keeps it at 100%. In one of my latest builds i ran into the problem of making a nice looking factory only to have to spam redstone torches all over the place to keep the machines at 100% (and i couldnt hide them...).
Could be implemented as a option in the gui similar to how you can configure the sides of TE machines.

Use the stable version. 1.5.1 is still in development and very buggy.

Boilers and steam engines are much more efficient. Problem here is if you nerf them so they are balanced for boilers and steam engines they will be complete crap in furnaces, stirling engines etc.

Pro Crafters just use NEI, they don't waste time on memorizing Recipes.
But we do memorize most of the recipes just not all of them

Never thought I would see a wolf add-on for IC2. What version of IC2 is this compatible with?
Its not compatible with any version of ic2. Guess why?

So with crysis 3 out i was suprised nobody suggested a nano bow. Essentialy this is a upgraded bow with some changes:
-Bow recipe:
SCS
CEC
TTTS= Sticky resin (acting as glue maybe replacable with slimeballs?)
C= Carbon plate
E= Energy crystal
T= String (or maybe a new super fiber like item?)Gives 1 nano bow
-Requires nano arrows.
Recipe:
NDN
NSN
NCN
N = Nothing
D = Diamond
S = Sticky resin
C = Carbon plateThis gives 1 arrow.
-Arrows can always be picked up even if you hit a mob with it. Obviously you will lose them in stuff like lava.
-Higher damage, more range, speed that kind of stuff. 1 hits most mobs.
-Pierces through mobs (so when 10 mobs are in a line it will hit them all)
-When having the invisibilty effect the bow will also be invisible.Now i hear you all thinking 'but we got mining laser for this'. Yes correct currently we use a MINING laser as a ranged weapon. Not only is it supposed to be used for mining it got a big disadvantage aswell:
-Projectiles may destroy blocks you dont want to be destroyed. Not your weapon of choice when using it inside your base.
I also think the mining laser would work just fine with lower damage. Its primary use should be mining anyway not combat.

Obliviously talking about the 9999999 other games that seem to think iron > bronze
More like because Bronze was heavier, way too much for weapons/tools.
Iron and bronze weight almost the same. The reason iron was used for weapons was because it was cheap compared to bronze.
