Seems fine to me. If it does become a problem you could always just limit the amount of logical cores/core usage that the BOINC projects are allowed.

If you already have an item and you change it's ID, that item will no longer be a valid item. I believe there are mechanisms in Minecraft that will just delete invalid items so that shouldn't be a problem.

I believe it's possible that you could have an item with the same ID as the overclockers overwriting IC2's items

This is a known issue, but whether or not it's been forgotten about is another thing :p

Define latest.
What are the exact version numbers of MC, Forge, and IC2? Also, give us an error log.

You people seriously seem to equate lag with doing ANYTHING haha

I've talked to Kinniken and it sounds like creating industrial cultures for Millenaire is absolutely possible (and he's all for it.) He said there's no real documentation but he'd gladly answer any specific questions I have. Would anyone be interested in this/interested in helping me out with it?

Maybe it's a bug that was fixed in the new release. (The server is using 4.0, current version is 4.1.)
-
I dunno if this is the problem but you're using a different version on the client than you are the server.

That has nothing to do with how cables are rendered.
Edit: Regardless, the TE ghosting bug (which is what you're actually talking about) has been fixed for the next release.
-
I've never seen a cable rendering bug? Why exactly would we go back to old, inefficient rendering when the new, faster rendering works fine?

Yeah, it seems to not charge if the tool is completely dead. It's already been noted by the devs.

But seriously I think he said that his machine that runs a quarry at full speed(9 MJ) used *64* EU. That's crazy.
...really? ONLY 64 eu/t isn't even close to how much running a quarry should cost.
