Then assume the plasma launcher/gun uses extremely strong electromagnetism to accelerate plasma outwards the gun, providing high speeds, alongside the heat.

If so, that seems to be a valid thing which IC² devs should somehow implement (in a different way), providing servers an easier way to block those from being used. -
I like the penalty for over-wattage, because it makes me plan better my wiring, instead of just plugging everything in without caring about power flow.
I suggested my over-wattage penalty based on that electric engines of common electrodomestics (110V) when connected to 220V runs twice as fast (seems to), overheats and burn the circuitry inside it, damaging it permanently while emitting some kind of smoke. I did that once btw. -

Infinite in theory. As long as you have enough Power, the Teleporter will continue to charge up until it can Teleport. Maximum Charge is Integer.MAX_VALUE aka 2.1 US-Billion.
But that 2.1 Billion EU wouldn't allow me to get to the corner farlands, right?

Both Ind. Electrolyzer and Ind. Centrifuge are for turning one thing into up to 4 other thingies, "decomposing" stuff.
The Ind Electrolyzer recipes are considerably faster than the centrifuge ones, but uses much more energy. Recipes are unique, so they don't overlap each other. -

It's not really the case atm though, it's just some more components.Nuclear Transmutation = Extremely controled fusion reactor, where you insert hydrogen and increase pressure and energy until you obtain the element you want.

best solution is jam mechanics - if device recieved incompatable input it shoud case any operations and just stay still.
I think it should overclock (increasing speed), but also overheating, causing it to get damaged over time, to a point it simply melts its internal components and starts fizzling.
If the problem is not solved, it may start melting and discharge energy to adjacent blocks (if IC² machines), causing them to overheat and melt aswell.Electrical damage stages :
Stage 1 : Machine gets slightly overclocked (2x speed) and starts smoking lightly. Machine will triple energy usage (EU/t for one operation)
Can be solved by replacing the internal circuit (an electric circuit for basic machines and an advanced one for adv ones).Stage 2 : Machine gets highly overclocked (5x speed) , smokes heavily and starts fizzling. Machine will use 10 times more energy (EU/t for one operation)

Just a suggestion.
Sheep Rancher block :
It will shear sheep in a 1x1(+2N) (N = overclockers) area in front of it, for 50(*4N) EU per sheep sheared. Gathers colored wool if sheep is colored.
If fed with leaves or anything plant-like it will consume them over time to fasten the regrowth of sheep wool.
If wheat is given, it will make sheeps enter on love mode aswell.
The block has 4 slots for wool buffer and 4 slots for plant-stuff buffer.
Wool can be automatically exported to chests if ejector upgrade is installed (or any other automation method).
Plant-stuff can be automatically inserted through hoppers (or any other automation method). -
