Considering they are entities, yes. Anything.
Although that could be changed, as you wouldnt be able to mine/harvest stuff while with it.

Even though i'm brazillian with japanese/spanish parents, yeah...
+1 for genetic inheritance. -
Awesome! That bugged me more than I care to admit

OCD bothers us all...
Btw, IC² and GT are more active than ever.
GregTech has a wiki now, look my signature. -
Energy network, machines (new steps for ore processing), UUM rework (liquid and more expensive), Construction Foam and Reinforced Stone (now made in the new canning machine), new bottling plant (idk what it does) and some reactor changes.
Me as a forum moderator and two new IC² devs (GregoriusT and SirusKing) aswell.
Edit : Ninja'd by epic lulz (and GregT?)

printing factoryWool Dyeing Plant? Uses very tiny amounts of liquid unidye to paint in any color, previously selected. -
Well, i might have mistaken something about the new system.
Anyways, the old system indeed was metric, but it had roundings which allowed the system to be completely lossless, which would be solved by applying percentage loss. -
Helmet : Antimatter Beam , vaporizes any living thing and 10 to 100 blocks in its way. Players with armor equivalent to quantum or better take 0 to 5 damage
Cooldown of 5 seconds.
Toggle key can be used to change range, damage and cooldown.
[100 blocks, 5 dmg, 5s - 80 blocks, 4 dmg, 4s - 60 blocks, 3 dmg, 3s - 40 blocks, 2 dmg, 2s - 20 blocks, 1 dmg, 1s - 10 blocks, 0 dmg , 0s]
Cost : 10 - 100k EU per beam,Chestplate : Antimatter Field, constantly deals 10 damage to any entity close to you (includes dropped items) in an area of 10 blocks, can be toggled on/off with a key.
Cost : 500 EU/tLeggings : Anti-Physics, denies gravity physics, allowing creative flight. Flight speed is changed with a key. Speeds : 0x (off) , 1x (standard creative) , 2x, 4x, 8x
Cost : 500 (1x) - 4000 (8x) EU/tBoots : Antimatter Explosion, whenever you fall on the ground causes a big matter-antimatter anihilation (explosion) , destroying lots of blocks and dealing tons of damage.
Can be toggled on/off with a key.
Cost : 100k EU per explosion.All armor pieces can be fully recharged with a piece of antimatter, otherwise their antimatter reactors will consume tons of energy to artificially make it.

The new system is basically the same as the old, except:
- When it is, it will be proportional to the capacity, therefore glass fibre will be the most lossy - but with the highest capacity.
Cable loss will be percentage based on the cable type and glass fiber will still be the end-game cable with lower loss than others.
What we need to balance out is to reduce the loss of other cables, while increasing a bit of the glass fiber. -
IC² with GT is perfectly doable, as GT has everything to automate IC² and itself, alongside storage options, etc.
Although the topic idea was "only IC²".Offtopic : Did you like the new GTCW logo?

That's what I got as well, but I'm also having a rough time grasping the changes to the E-Net, and a little reluctant to start a new world till the math in my head makes more sense (and I've been playing this mod since Minecraft Beta)...
I think a diagram is needed (for me, at least) to understand:
What packet ratings are passed currently by transformers (per tier)
How cable loss now affects EU packets, and
The default EU/t acceptance level of all the machines
Packets are gone, all that is left is EU/t, which is additive.
For example, 3 generators will output 30 EU/t together and thats it. Add another generator and a batbox will blow up as 40 EU/t exceeds the 32 EU/t maximum acceptance.Cable loss, frying and shocking are broken.
Machines, except batbox and luminator, have been upped a tier. (Machines now have tooltips indicating their maximum EU/t)Tried to diagram, but... :
MFSU --2048 EU/t line--> 4 HV-Transformer --4x 512 EU/t lines--> 16 MV-Transformer --16x 128 EU/t lines--> 64 MV-Transformer --64 32 EU/t lines-->
===========|=================================|================================== |=================================== |
===========\/================================\/==================================\/===================================\/
========EV Machinery=======================HV Machinery=======================MV Machinery===========================LV MachineryMaximum EU/t acceptance, EU/t usage of the machine and the priority are the things you need to take in count.
EV machinery will have higher priority over HV, which has higher priority over MV, which has higher priority over LV. -
I guess imer and/or player has permissions.
Imer has over this forum, i'm sure, as he was the one who promoted me to a moderator.

Tetrahedrite and cassiterite are more likely to be found high, on surface, of those mountainous biomes.
Try wandering on top of those and see if you can find some veins. -

What do you mean with "seeing the Downloads go up"? That File is way too small to see anything uploading.
Since I also have a mediafire account, i can explain :
Mediafire shows how many times a certain file has been downloaded.
For example, my windmill engineering map which explains the compact setup has been downloaded 2386 times so far.By the way, attachments also show how many times it has been downloaded.

I may be offending but, thats the most stupid thing i've heard.
NEI is the best in-game source of information and debugging tool (creative testing). I bet the majority of modded players use it.
Cheating mods are only cheaty if you use that. NEI "cheats" can be disabled in-game on its options if you wish.
Edit : Not to mention that those only work on Single Player. -
NEI should tell you. If it doesn't, something is broken.
-
Yes you have to wear it.

Follow my engineering instructions and you will have a superbly compact better than solars (in both resource and area usage) windmill farm. [Signature link]
I recommend the normal version if you don't have much resources and have free space.
