More info : Premade modpacks are not good, as when you get stuck into something you don't know which mod is causing the problem and even less who to ask for help.
You should learn all mods you have, one by one. Mods are best used when you know them all, their respective owners and what they are related to (automation, magic, tech, decoration...) .
Your case is the example, as the problem is caused by BuildCraft and only by it, not even a bit by IndustrialCraft².

You don't get it, Buildcraft is the cause of the overflow due its faulty pipes.
Don't use BuildCraft (the mod that has those faulty pipes) and use something better like Applied Energestics or GregTech.
Thats one reason i hate stupid people that doesnt know about what they are doing with their mods.

I know Powersuits are not enchantable due it being electric (and balance), but i wish i could so i would put Ars Magica Soulbound enchant, which makes you keep the item after deaths =D.

Uh, much less than ignis.
Also only sources of Lignum are wood-like materials, which would provide 750 EU if burnt in a generator.
Like the wooden plank (1 lignum aspect).
1000 EU per aspect is not bad.

That would allow anything to Energy, like EE, not good.

Although i can agree with allowing it to consume the three burnable essentia from adjacent alembics/jars.
How about adding Lignum (wood) essentia to the burnable list, but for a mere 8000 EU per bottle?

Thats not the point, otherwise wax cells would have melted.
This is minecraft we use everything of RL that interests us and ignores what doesnt.

Second, you got what you've wanted, but as it were mentioned, it is on the wrong section.

Suggestion : Zinc Cells, these are just like IC² cells, but are made from Zinc, and when recycled it is turned back into Zinc.
This would make Zinc much more useful.

How about making the planned Mag-lev rails require some fancy looking electromagnets?

Setup :
ElectroMagnet Rails ElectroMagnet
cables ElectroMagnet cables

Electric Rails would be 150% HS rail speed and Mag-Lev 300%.

Keeping Mag-Lev Rails would require 0.1 EU/t per Electromagnet (0,3 EU/t per rail), energy is NOT conducted by electromagnets, you must run wires across the entire railway.
If Electromagnets runs out of energy while someone is traveling at them with speeds higher than Electric Rails, it will cause the Mag-lev Cart to hit violently the ground , for 45 damage (22,5 hearts)
Mag-Lev Rails can only make curves at the same speed at Electric Rails or it will fail to hold the cart and it will hit the electromagnets, dealing damage.

It is not 1 EU/block consumption, but LOSS, aka if you have a 1000 long rail, only 1048 EU of 2048 will reach at the last rail, wasting tons of energy.

Energy loss on electric rails should be reduced for balance reasons.

Now you should add Electric minecarts that consumes the energy from the rail network and travels faster than RC hi-speed rails, maybe twice as fast than it?
