Okay, here i am with a new support request:

Wiki says water mill unmanned energy production is 0,01 EU/t per water block right?

Placed a water mill surrounded by all possible water blocks (25). EU-reader measures 0,2 EU/t [average of 160 ticks or more] instead of 0,25.
A water mill surrounded by 21 water blocks [Tower design], it measured 0,17 Eu/t [average of 200 ticks or more] instead of 0,21.

So, someone could explain water mill mechanics like snyke did with wind mill?
PS: I would like if water mill unmanned output is doubled and recipe output halved
    [1 water mill unmanned output = 0,5 EU/t and Generator + 4 stick + 4 planks -> 1 Water mill]

Flameanatorx, I really suggest you to use wind towers, otherwise space needed will be freaking huge [if you plan to expand it].
And, you can use tin cables with newest wind tower design, except for sending through glass fiber cables to base [For a wind tower at height 181 and your base is at a mountain you will need about 16 diamonds [If you use redpower silver recipe]

Wait a minute... aren't the EU/t from the generators configurable in the IC2 config file? So then this suggestion is pretty much pointless right, because it can be changed to whatever "balanced" amount anyone thinks it should be, right? Unless those generator numbers in the config are for something else...

I suggested a change to default configuration + recipe.

Double EU/t and halve recipe output = Less work/space installing water mills but still receiving same Energy.
If you are making massive setups that will be much easier. Then water power can be a good source compared to solar/wind.

Water mills produce 0,25EU/t if placed correctly.

Nope. Try measuring directly a water mill fully surrounded by water. It will show 0,2 average of 20 ticks. Wiki is wrong.

or you can use redpower to fill your bukkit and pull the empty ones out of your watermills, there you have your 2 eu/tickR

Thats impossible for Massive Eu/t generation systems, unless you are able to hold huge item on tube lag.

I would like if water mill unmanned output is doubled [or increased to 0,5/t] AND its recipe output halved. [1 generator + wood -> 1 water mill]
This making water mill towers a good way to generate energy compared to solar/wind.
Water mills have the problem of hard [time consuming] instalation.

I just wish that the bug with the EU measurement would be fixed.

    "1593 EU/t!"
    "-1023 EU/t!"
    "3 EU/t!"
    "-3691 EU/t!"

It's rather annoying when you're trying to measure how efficient your water tower is.

Ey! Try measuring one water mill directly with EU-reader, if it has all water blocks [25] it will measure 0,25 EU/t for 16 ticks and 0 for 4 ticks [average 0,2 Eu/t]
Just do a math, Total water mills x 0,2 EU/t

for the pro's and cons of wind ask spwnx he is our resident wind-nut.

Wind pros is its relative cheapness [cheaper than solar at least], its higher average output and that works all time.
Wind cons is its difficulty to place efficiently.

Soon Minecraft [Official update] will have Writeable books, so we may write inside it X Y Z coordinates inside it. Better than bothering about GPS or something like.
    X Y Z + F3 is a good way to mark some special points.

We are both right, SpwnX is only a bit more exact. After 40 Blocks you will not get any EU (I said 32 because i thought Steelcable loses 1 EU per Block).

It does. Actually Uninsulated Steel cable loses 1EU per block.
But he mentioned 3x Insulated Steel cable which loses 1 EU every 1.25 blocks

    1 and 6 :

Our machine recipe system does let us make for example macerate 4 charcoal -> 1 coal dust.

12: redstone gives 500EU when placed inside a storage block.
redstone when placed on battery slot inside a machine it is consumed to power an operation.

Glowstone should also be used for that.

4: Forestry can produce mycelium. If we are able to macerate that mycelium we could automate it [Without RP breakers]

1: Carbon plate + Macerator = coal dust used into its fabrication.
    2: 4 to 8 charcoal + macerator = coal dust
    3: lava cell + extractor = obsidian
    4: Colored wool + extractor = Wool
    5: Mycelium/Grass block + macerator = Dirt
6: 2 Claydust in crafting = Clay block
    7: 2 Vanilla Slab + compressor = full block
    8: Pump + overclocked compressor = Ice
    9: Pump/Miner have upgrade slots
10: 2 Water mill to generator recipe
    11: Redstone torch + macerator = Redstone
12: All vanilla tools\armor when macerated wields dusts. [Including enchanted ones]
Amount of dusts depends on tool damage. Diamond dust on compressor = Diamond
Diamond tools can only be macerated inside an overclocked macerator
13: Glowstone should be usable by machines/Storage devices to give energy.
    14: Coolant cell [Damaged] + extractor = coolant cell. [Not damaged] {Maybe same for any reactor part [except uranium obviously]}
    15: 4 Wooden planks + Compressor = Log
    16: 4 Leaves + macerator = sapling
    17: Netherrack + macerator = netherrack dust
    18: 16 Netherrack dust + compressor = redstone dust
    19: Furnace + macerator = 8 cobblestone
    20: Endstone + macerator = Endstone dust
    21: 8 Endstone dust + Compressor = glowstone dust
    22: Snowblock + compressor = 4 ice
    23: Jack o lantern + macerator = 4 pumpkin seeds
    24: TNT + macerator = 5 gunpowder
    25: ITNT + macerator = 3 gunpowder
    26: 8 dynamite + macerator = 3 gunpowder
    27: Scrapbox + crafting = 9 scrap
28: Hydration cell [any damage] + crafting = Empty cell
29: Water cell + crafting = Empty cell
30: Coolant cell + crafting = Empty cell
    31: Uranium cell [FULL only] + 8 empty cells = 8 near-depleted uranium cells
    32: Blaze powder + generator = Energy!
    33: Blaze powder + fuel can = 2x multiplier
    34: Gunpowder + redstone + glowstone = blaze powder
    35: Fertilizer + recycler = 100% chance scrap
36: Energy crystal + macerator = Diamond Dust + 4 Redstone [Redstone is spitted out if no pipe/chest is adjacent]
    37: Battery + macerator = 4 tin + 2 redstone
38: X material cable + macerator = 3 material dusts [X is quantity of cable produced in crafting] [Rubber is lost, Glass fiber is not macerable]
39: Macerating cobble to has a low chance to wield a random dust heap
    40: 8 glass + macerator = 8 glass dust
    41: 8 glass dust + macerator = 8 sand
    42: Dirt + macerator = random seed
    43: Nikolite + red dye = redstone
    44: Redstone + lapis = Nikolite
    45: Compressed plants + macerator = 4 Fertilizer
    46: Animal Food/Rotten flash + macerator = 2 Fertilizer
    47: Enderpearl + Macerator = Enderpearl dust

49: Enderpearl dust + Blaze rod + 6 Lapotron Crystal + Freq. Trans = Portable teleporter which is slowly rechargeable at a MFSU
    [Holds 6kk EU which is used to teleport user to a linked teleporter] {If teleport costs is higher than 6kk Teleport won't happen}
    50: Redstone Lamp + macerator = 4 glowstone dust + 4 redstone dust
51: 8 Reinforced stone + Macerator = Advanced alloy dust
    52: 7 Reinforced glass + Macerator = 2 Advanced alloy dust
53: Advanced alloy dust + Furnace = Advanced alloy
54: Increase Unmanned water mill maximum output to 0,5EU/t [x2 water mills outputs now] and decrease its Recipe output
    [1 Generator + 4 sticks + 4 planks = 1 Water mill, instead of 2 Water mills.]

Black = Low chance of implementation
Green = Involves Nuclear reactor directly or indirectly
    Yellow = Involves Teleportation
    Light Blue = Involves Energy
Purple = Involves Deconstruction of some items. [If an "advanced recycler" is implemented, it could deconstruct any item and output its recipe contents into 9 output slots]
    White = Random stuff
