The problem is with autogenerated values that counts the rarity of worldgenerated stuff. Guess what is rarer than stone and ores? Plant matter.
The solution would be to add some pregenerated values for such stuff. *pokes IC2 team*

We won't give any ETAs regarding anything, for reasons.
But if you really want explosions (and much more content {and complexity} than IC2 offers), you might want to take a look on a very popular addon called "GregTech" (you can find it on the addons section, in its own section due its popularity, called GregTech). A warning is that it steps a bit over IC2 and vanilla.
It is IC2 that have some problems with autogenerated values.
Put them on the github if you can, as a pull request
If that is true, your name should be put there even if you don't want to as "originally created by Arch, modified by Dreammaster"
RF over EU? Heresy! Burn in a nuclear meltdown you heretic!
Its not really a settlement (yet) its just a "I was the first to step on mars at kirara 2" btw
Make sure to visit my "settlement" on Mars
Centrifuging hydrogen to get... hydrogen. (I know why you're doing this, but its fun nonetheless)
Enjoy gregging minechem.
That is a very good idea in my opinion.
I wish we had to build tower foundations for each of the mills though... Hmmm... I got an idea.
I'm also genuinely curious about this restriction.
Its not a bother at all; I'm happy to go download it, but I'm very curious about the reasoning. I'm guessing the mod "does something" that would itself make it non-distributable.
Along what choco said, it is to avoid unexperienced users (aka your average user that have little to no idea how to deal with mods themselves) use fastcraft.
Reasons include inability to proper report bugs, the magi-hackish nature of this mod, the very likelyness of something going wrong for apparently no reason and the great chance of conflict with other mods (see shaders, HD resource packs and other fancy rendering stuff)
I don't see a problem on the wailer, but on the combination of it with that already hazardous environment.
I don't see a problem.
I enjoyed watching it too. Short and direct is what people like, no roundabouts or detours.
