Sure, but it doesnt allow extremely compact chaining of machines, like IC2 very very often does.

Chunk regeneration is simply not viable on kirara1, kirara2 is fine as its mostly unexplored (and has no pregen as kirara1), kirara3 is GT worldgen, so you can guess what.

Same here, but oil generation is not needed. Per Fabrica Ad Astra for 1.7.10 has oil n gas deposits {Would only be available on kirara 2 though}

The chest buffer might be true, but I recall saying compact IC-othermod integration too. Pipes and AE are the last thing to be called compact.

Tritium/lithium cells has no use so far. They might gain some nuclear-related use later.
