    With water mills I had problems,that the only slot that correctly inputs and ejects buckets is bottom,so either input or output,maybe a bug or I'm missing something

    I'm not much of the coder,but in easier way - new attached mill would give slight enlargement of reactor gui - that part of the code is already used in chambers
    Making new item,that would discharge HT cells is exactly the HD,or - w/o new item - part of the code,that correspondes to uranium making energy - almost copy/paste,dispencing heat to mills is maybe somehow different,I wouldn't know that

    Crafting QS is not endless,it took me several hours to do it


    Why not to use it effectively? building such huge reactors and setups isn't for this crappy 2 ores
    Scrap?It is usefull indeed,but making nice amount of scrap would lead to making lava/water farm,some pistons,block breakers and tubes,basically,no fun :thumbdown:
    Swapping from 2 ores to like 4-6 would make SOME interest in this technology at all,I'm not sure that everybody here do such huge cobblestone farms for these crappy 2 ores

    Other mods,where you can create diamonds - can give you much faster diamonds,than waiting for 9kk of energy to be collected and used
    at least 2-3 items would make sense,and not to mention,that - you WILL find diamond with alot lesser efforts by yourself,using pickaxe and searching or just collecting coal
    Basically,this UU-matter proved to be usefull to craft rubber and redstone xD
    If it could be a lapotron for 9kk...this would be slightly better offer
    same goes for crafting iron,gold and tin ore - if it would be a block of resource - it would be of SOME use


    So,the idea in short - UU-matter hugely underpowered
    (I wonder,if it's possible for uu-matter to be used to replace any item,that is used for crafting-eg i'm trying to craft an golden sword and I lack one gold - replacement with matter and so on)

    Basically,I played for some time and some thoughts pressured me to write this topic


    What I don't and didn't like from first look - reactor system,it looks like uranium generates energy
    why,sounds nice - but in real reactor - uranium generates heat and only heat,which evaporates the water and this overheated water spins the turbine,which generates electricity and than water returnes back into heating zone
    what it has to do with IC2 - water mills are absolutely useless ( as 6 planks you use to craft mill from generator will be compensated only after incomparable time to generator and 1 tree farm ),so allowing water mills to be used as another reactor addon-block would seem much more realistic,and would give at least some use for them.It would be nice to allow them to be connected to chambers,which will share heat from themselves to attached mills.
    From the beginning I thought about it in such way - mills would be energy producing attachments - like we have a reactor w/o chambers and surrounding cells - +10 heat/tick - this heat would heat attached mill and there heat will turn into energy.If 2 mills - it would work in a way,coolant cells work with uranium cell - nice sharing of the heat
    With increased chambers amount - up to 18 attached mills ( connected to each chamber,6 chambers total )
    Each attached mill would add some area to reactor gui - imagination is the only limit here,what can be added - I thought of making separate circle around basic reactor gui,where HD turn water cells into High-Temp(erature) Water cells by bumping heat into them(like 1000),which are then manually discharged in another area of reactor gui,separated from basic reactor agui nd outer circle gui (which is increased by number of attached mills)
    If this idea will have a chance - I would gladly try to create new reactor gui in photoshop ^^
    All this sounds really difficult,but alot more realistic - just my vision of perfect reactor,khm..
    and not many problems with coding - HT cells are almost like isotope cells,attachments are like chambers

    That's sudden,I did build 2 reactors from the very beginning :D reactor that cools and that heats and generates xO


    About reactor-that-never-cools..I don't quite like the idea,loss of 2-3 uncharged cells is much bigger loss,than <1 UC,which you use for heating up,still,such reactor is nice to be used for basical heating,however I already made design for heater reactor specifically for Rick's perfect breeder
    So,just don't get the point why do we need such a thing?

    I'm having a common issue with better ore restribution ( BOR ) mod.TREMENDOS amounts of uranium.like 64 64 stacks
    and reactors burns 1 uranium for 10 000 ticks
    As this tweak with uranium is impossible to handle right now,can smb please say where to edit,so reactors will burn uranium faster? I know,where to find simular value for generator - as it can be changed from 10 to another value to burn things faster - same I wish to do for uranium cell
    Hope I won't get smacked for this request :D

    I noticed,that changing texturepack to LB photo realism ( my default pack ) gave me like 10-15 FPS,however I had ~30 with it on 1.0.0


    It sure is problem with modloader/forge/optifine,which dig up all the game mechanics,it's impossible to external mod,like IC2 to cause such things


    Also,something new.I'm having constant ~1,5 cm red lag and ~7cm white lag,never seen that before..still,this shouldn't be posted ion IC2 forum..gotta think something about it.. ;(

    I just got a nice idea for a easy breeder. What if you could make a positive breeder that requires no warming up but recharges depleted cells in 1 cylce? I dont suppose you would get max efficiency but it should be very easy to use just drop in the cells and wait.


    Edit: seems you can only recharge depleted cells for 73% this way in 1 cycle. If there only was a way to let it heat up quickly and then slow the heating up down. Prolly means you need buckets or ice which are feeded with a pipe after a certain time.

    What do you mean 73%?4 UC can't charge 1 IC with 9k hull in 1 cycle? It sure can.Quick way to heat up quickly..gimme a sec

    It goes 1 cycle and charges 2 cells and heats components to 9k + heat
    I have an idea for breeder - component heater :D reactor idea,working on it

    Finally,moved to 1.1


    First thing to dissapoint is great fps drop,when created a flat-type world -100-120 FPS on far rendering and almost everything at max
    Installed IC2 and created a non flat world,FPS dropped to 10-25 on everything minimum. *shouting in despair*
    Optifine A5 and A4 MT (A5 is greatly better >_>)
