Use mods like TC3 if you really wanna have uses for enchants.

GeoGen (1, with a Lava Lake, not from the Nether since it's OP)--> Automated IC² Biofuel Factory with GT --> Small Nuclear Reactor --> Upgrading the Reactor with chamber and a MarkIII-IV --> Boiler with Diesel for continuous supply + all the rest (Nuclear is often my way to get UUM, while Boiler pover my base) --> Automated BiofuelS Factory also generatin wood and sappling itself (RP2 Frames. Ok, I never did it yet, since I'm not in vacation yet but ... I'm sure it will be more classy than my previous way: 1400 Solar Pannels ...)

does the plasma tier stuff work good with gregtech? or does it feel awkward when playing?
Well, it's not really the same balance, but I believe it's configurable.
However, F4113n seems away for now, on that forum AND on skype. I guess for school reasons. -

N isn't that awesome, plus, I'm sitting on a nearly limitless supply of cracked sand to make saltpeter from... so... really not rare in any way.
Yup, but Nitro-Biofuel just can't be automated. (Otherwhise none would use normal Fuel and because IRL adding N to Biofuel wouldn't be enough at all to compensate the energy consumed to run the centrifuge)
-
Small ones are so OP early game.
Hmm lol, not really. Just compare these to Geogen and you'll see how wrong it is ...
RP2 Auto-harvesting Rubber Trees/Normal Trees + Centrifuge + IC² Biofuel (I dislike Forestry) Factory anyone ? I know, that's an expensive contraption but ... it also generates stuff
-
Ok, so thanks for proving I was wrong ...

I am sure he could help you. just private message him.
Hum no lol. You'd better ask any develloper.
Greg, there's stuff for you, if you're notlazybusy. -
I meant: MV thingy would produce like 400% of the first one but take like 1 600% the space taken by LV. Although, its price would be like 300 % of the LV. And it wouldn't only be "craft windmills together" ... I did not mentionned MultiBlocks, even though I think it'd be nice if each tier was a larger structure than the previous one.
But make no mistake: the space I mentionned is "space taken for maximum efficiency", so basically the area where you shouldn't put obstructions.
-
That's cool
That's how I always thought IC² windmills should be, even though I do not like the "compacting" concept. I'm not against LV, MV, HV, but I'd just like the craft not to be based on "more windmills". I mean, it's not much more interesting than just putting tons of windmills. I'd love it if it was "each tier take even more space and its ratio (EU/t)/blocks without obstructions needed for it to work properly is lower than the previous one, but its ratio (EU/t)/price is higher".
Anyway, that's my mindset, I understand so many guys like the "compact"-thingy. -
That you guys worry that much about Teleporting. It's really not like you couldn't simply go there by Jetpack and drop a Nuke. No that cant happen at all. Not to mention I have a Config to turn that Teleporter Recipe off.
That's why we invented roof. And 2 or more large RS-Walls.
-
The worst that this "coördination teleporting" could be used for is people getting into places where they shouldn't be.
That's what I told to Greg about his own TP ...
-
I'm not sure if this has been suggested yet or not, but you should add a new jetpack that has the flight characteristics of the gravi-chestplate, without the protection of the chestplate. I'm not sure about the rest of you, but I enjoy the challenge of not being nearly invulnerable, but I also really like the flight.
I guess not. You could use the Advanced Jetpack instead, or just pay the price of the GraviSuit. There is no point making tons of differents Pack just changing a bit speed, energy storage and such ...
-
There was amod adding upgraded teleporters, but I'm not sure it's updated anymore. (It added way to teleports blocks too
)
Though, the most recent version of GregTech may bring you something you'd like ... it add a teleporter with a small GUI and you can chose coordinates (but it costs even more EU than IC² version).Another solution may be to disable/uninstall both Portal Guns and Mystcraft, since they are OP anyway ...

My apologies, I found the thread in the community todo list, and didn't quite think of checking the age of the last post. I do hope I won't be considered spambot offspring in the future, I dislike forum idiots as much as anyone.
Don't worry, at least you did search if such a suggestion was already made or not. (Assuming you went there to suggest smthg)
-
Ok, guys I'm working on it and I nearly have a 1.5.2 version!
Nice
Btw, as GT is now existing (it wasn't when Ken did that mod), maybe you sould make it partially compatible with it ? (Like a conversion recipie for Deuterium/Tritium, even though Fusion is way easier with Rocket Science than GT, for both generating Fuels and creating Fusion Reactor). -
At least, maybe he did that instead of suggesting suggested already. So maybe it's a smart guy, for a change.

Quoted from "MatLaPatate"
Why it is unnerfed ? Even with the nerf it was a bit OP to me ... I'm fine with the speed, but couldn't you increase EU-consumption ? It would be less OP, because Advanced Machines already made Vanilla-IC²-Overclocked-Machines useless ...Induction furnaces are OP?
A bit. But they just smelt. The longer part of IC²-processing is macerating, buffing it doesn't seems right.
And making Overclockers useless is not cool
(there are still useful with Induction Furnace, you just don't use these on Furnaces) -
Yes, the molecular mass is low, but that doesn't necessarily mean it would take longer. Spinning a centrifuge of atmosphere would take far less torque than almost any other material, so it could be spun faster with less power.
The issue is that the DIFFERENCE between the 2 is low. But, since there is no chemical links involving energy to be broken betwen these, that should be easy though. But it got already suggested and it'd be kind of OP. (think how N is useful in GT.)
