Nobody will hate you because you played some wrong pack. But now, you know it would be more friendly for team devs from all mods, to use Pack such as FTB, which also is slighlty better, since it contains GregTech ^^.

Quantumsuits are already in it's own expansion, Modular Powersuits
It's not the same thing to me, as the Quantum (especially with GT) is so expensive and so useful that it makes you a goal to reach in itself. Modular Powersuit isn't.
Upgrade modules are in Electric Expansion, but only for energy devices.
That's not the same thing at all --'. Upgrade modules in IC² are used to process faster, while increasing EU consumption ... Energy upgrade ? Just place one block more --'. (I know, this is the same things for machines, but while you can without problem use more space for Energy Storage, it's more annoying for machine).

Forestry Bags ^^. I guess you meaned less items than forestry bags, with at max 4 types.
It will obsolete all other grinders, and would cause unnecessary complaints from people complaining that their "normal" grinder now needs iridium to operate.
Something better would be Finite Grinder being more EU-efficient, quicker and could output byproducts (depending on the type). And there would also be an expensive upgrade (you could only use one upgrade at time) making it infinite, but consuming more EU and processing slower (without Byproducts, of course).

Why not. In a more general way, this would permit carrying foods, but also maybe potions and ... wait. It would looks like Forestry Backpack, which are a bit OP :/. The point of the Toolbox, was it was made to store unstackable items. So why not a Nuclear Engineer Tool Box, which would store nuclear components ? (or we might consider tha nuclear components ARE tools, so it wouldn't need a different craft). Of course it can seems weird a toolbox for nuclear components but ... the fact is, crafting nuclear things is very annoying because of that.
It would be worth as some may not like Redpower Bluelectricity (or blutricity, call it whatever you want) generation systems. Personally i dislike the way redpower generates its own power.
I agree with the fact some seems kinda useless. But Windmill are awesome, the only sad thing is I can't use it to generate IC² energy, so it's almost useless (excpet for BC things). The best would have been an addon of IC² implementing these windmills before RP2 but ... now it's released, and doing that will be considered as copying 
As for UE vs IC², the fact is UE doesn't need that much energy (as RP2, because there isn't machine enough to consume it entirely), and IC² machines definitely looks more futuristic ^^.

Lol. That explains all. Automation. Try to play PvP, where factories are kinda stpid, and you'll see the difference ^^. And at least, factories made out of mlti-bloc structure are less laggy than f***ing trap towers and such mobs exploit, don't you think ?
Notice that Ruby and Iridium only spawn with GregTech, so ask him instead maybe ?

To me, there's just not enough featur in UE, compared to IC²: Quantum Armor, Miner, UUM, Upgrade modules ... and I quite like a lot of things in IC², which aren't in UE: Nuclear Reactor system, Crossbreeding ...
And I actually love GregTech ^^. Moreover, I don't want to criticize but ... obviously, some addons from UE are inspired by IC².
Currently, players are getting full charged quantum that does not work and dying when they buy quantum.
Looks like the one spawned by TMI: it looks like it's charged, but it's not, so you've probably just to charge it.
